Classes: Mondays at 10am (CST)
Delving into C. S. Lewis’ world of space travel, students will explore story elements such as character, setting, and plot. They will also be challenged to ponder deep themes and develop critical thinking skills. We will read Out of the Silent Planet.
This class is a great option for both students who have already read the book and a great option for those who have not yet enjoyed the story. This class is designed for high school students and is a great fit for students who want to test out literature classes before the full semester or for students who have enjoyed the school year classes and want to discuss more great literary works during the summer months.
This course consists of 4 classes (May 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th). Each class meets once a week on Monday 10am (CST) via Zoom. Each 50-minute class session will be interactive.
